Nurses and surgical assistants work directly and only in the operating rooms and see first hand the skills and personality of a physician while patients are asleep. They have a unique perspective as they work with many different physicians in this setting. They are however not reachable by patients as they work outside the clinic space and doctor’s office.  ⁣⁣
